How far is your Villa from Walt Disney World?
Our 4 bedroom Villa is in the INDIAN CREEK neighborhood, which is one of the newest and closest subdivisions to Disney World. It is less than 3 miles from the Main gate on Route 192 on the west side of I-4, and less than 2 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Is there a video game system?
Yes! Our Villa has a TV in every bedroom, and there is Playstation II, as well as other toys and games.

Is there maid service?
No, there is no daily maid service. Upon your arrival, the Villa will have a starter supply of necessary items like toilet tissue, laundry detergent, trash bags and dishwashing soap. The Villa will be cleaned upon your departure and the price is included with a one-week rental. Additional cleaning service during your stay is also available at $90.00 per cleaning.

What about shopping facilities?
Our Villa is located just minutes from major shopping areas. Publix and Winn-Dixie are close by and Wal-Mart SuperCenter is about 10 minutes down the road. One on Route 192 near Medieval Times and one on Route 27 in Haines City.

How are the beds configured?
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds, and the fourth bedroom has full and twin bunk beds. There is also a Queen sized pull-out sofa in the Living Room.

Can we bring our pet to your Villa?
For the comfort and convenience of all of our guests, we cannot allow any pets. We respectfully request potential guests to refrain from asking, even though your pet may be an "exception the rule." We will not be able to grant your request. Please consider the next family that will be visiting. A recent guest disregarded this policy and the damages their pet created exceeded their security deposit.

Can we smoke inside your Villa?
For the convenience and comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not permitted in the Villa itself, but you may smoke on the Lanai area. Again, please consider the next family that will be visiting.

We are NOT a time share, real estate agents or travel agents. We are a small business called Ball Five LLC. We are the legal owners of the Villa.

What are the advantages of renting a Villa instead of a hotel room?
Our Villa is larger, more economical,
and much more comfortable than a hotel room. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and you do not have to worry about noisy neighbors banging on the walls or ceiling. Parking is only a few feet from the front door, the pool is
always open, separate bedrooms for the kids, plenty of bathrooms to get ready in the morning, and
the ability to cook your own meals. Toys, videos, games are all included for your
enjoyment. Take a nap on the couch or relax by the pool. Enjoy your vacation Villa.

We have never stayed in a place like this. What do we need to bring with us?
You should bring food, paper goods (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper), bathroom toiletries and supplies, and anything else you think you might need. The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, can opener, coffee maker, etc., as well as plates, dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils.
You should also definitely bring some sunscreen (it is Florida after all!); hats and/or sunglasses for everyone; waterproof ponchos; a roll of quarters for the toll roads; phone cards or cell phones (for long distance calls and when you are out-and-about); a Travel First Aid Kit.
Once you get situated, you will want to make a run to the grocery story nearby to stock the fridge and pantry.

What are the Check-in and Check-out times? Is early Check-in or late Check-out permitted?
Check-in time is 4 PM local time and Check-out time is 11 AM local time. The Villa is on Eastern Standard Time year-round.
Early arrivals and late departures are difficult to accommodate. Our property manager requires a minimum of 5 hours to prepare the Villa after one family leaves and before the next one arrives. These requests may be accommodated only when the Villa is empty the night before your arrival or the day after your departure at a rate of $10.00 per hour.
A fee of $50 will be deducted from your security deposit for early arrival or late departure without prior arrangement.

Is there public transportation near the Villa?
There is no public transportation near by, but taxi cabs are available. We suggest that you
rent a vehicle while visiting our Villa.

Is the pool at Villa heated?
Pool heat is available at an extra charge (charges are listed on the RATES link).
In the winter months, you may wait to decide, and let us know. Please keep in mind that it takes approx 36 hours to heat the pool. Your credit card will be charged the day we ask our property manager to turn it on.
The pool heat is heated for 8 hours per day 82° to 86° F.
Tampering with the pool heater lock cover is strictly forbidden and will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit.

How far to the nearest beach?
Yes, not everyone wants to just hang out at the parks! Our villa is about an hour and a half to the Atlantic Ocean on the east or to the Gulf of Mexico on the west.
